To provide quality consulting and support delivery to our customers.
Works with the service delivery team to understand the business and configuration requirements of the application, as well as with the development point person to resolve second level support issues for customers. Provide quality data entry for configuration of DO2 Technologies applications. Provide quality data entry for supplier setup. Provide training for on-ramping direct entry suppliers on OpenInvoice. Provide phone and email support for DO2 Technologies applications.
