DO2 Technologies Inc., an Internet-based business-to-business (B2B) software solutions company that automates and simplifies complex workflow processes for the global oil and gas industry today announced the appointment of Doug Spackman as Vice-President of Development.

Mr. Spackman is a Petroleum Engineer with more than 20 years experience in the Exploration and Production and Information Technology industries. Most recently, he led a 30-member team of developers responsible for the successful engineering, development and delivery of Landmark Graphic's complete suite of Drilling, Completion and Well Servicing applications.

Mr. Spackman began his career at GeoServices, a major international service company, where he provided real-time data acquisition and production engineering services onshore and offshore in Canada, South America and Africa. At GeoServices, he rose to the position of General Manager of Canadian Operations. Later, he joined Munro Engineering where he opened the company's first overseas offices in Scotland, Malaysia and Australia. He was also responsible for Munro Engineering's operations and technology deployment for the European, Africa-Middle East, Asia Pacific and Australian regions.
