Rod Munro, President and CEO, DO2 Technologies Inc., today announced that DO2 Technologies will be featured at the Ziff Energy Group's North American Gas Strategies Conference to be held at the Westin Hotel in Calgary, Alberta. Mr. Munro is scheduled to present Supplier Integration: the "EPIC" Project on Wednesday, October 30 at the eSolutions Day of the conference.
The North American Gas Strategies Conference is an international event that offers insight into the supply/demand equation with producers, utilities, end users, government representatives, and showcases others who can paint a clear picture of reality. Discussions will focus on the gas industry's readiness for the challenges it is up against with leaders from the power, hydro, E&P, LNG, transportation and storage sectors.
On Wednesday, October 30, Mr. Munro will team with Robert Austin, Director Information Technology Services, Anadarko Canada Corporation; Alun Lewis, Project Manager, EnCana Corporation; Grant Utas, Director, Procurement, Nexen Inc.; and Terry Sakamoto, Senior Controller, Precision Drilling Corporation to present the history and current status of the EPIC Project, a collaborative initiative by several global oil and gas companies to deploy an Internet-based e-invoicing platform. The panel will conduct an interactive discussion focused on challenges encountered and solutions developed in the moving from project inception to live transactions in four months.
