DO2 Technologies Inc., a software solutions company that optimizes financial and operational processes between energy companies and their suppliers, today announced the release of its new SupplierConnect Catalog™ module for its SupplierConnect solution.
SupplierConnect enables SAP customers to connect to DO2's supplier network of over 5000 energy industry suppliers, facilitating electronic transmission and processing of a number of commercial documents, including purchase orders and invoices.
With the release of DO2's new module, SupplierConnect Catalog, SAP users can now browse catalogs and contracted pricing details from their preferred vendors. SupplierConnect Catalog allows SAP users to access their supplier catalogs from within their own SAP system, so they can continue to use familiar workflows and processes. The catalogs, which include company specific pricing, are managed on the DO2 Technologies hosted system, relieving SupplierConnect customers from the onerous tasks of loading and managing catalogs. In this way, SupplierConnect customers have a common and consistent interface to all supplier catalogs.
By conforming to SAP standard interfaces, there are no custom point-to-point integration projects to build nor maintain. SupplierConnect tightly, seamlessly, and securely integrates with SAP systems, enhancing investments in SAP with rich functionality and content.
