CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

OpenContract™ is fully integrated with OpenInvoice to further reduce invoice processing time through its pricing reconciliation and contract lifecycle management capability. The combined solution automatically ensures invoices are priced according to contracted rates for every line item.

FIELD CHARGE RECONCILIATION

Daily Charge Recorder™ (DCR) is a "point of sale," touch-screen application housed at the rigsite, providing operating companies and suppliers with a simple daily charge entry and approval mechanism. DCR creates an electronic record of daily charges at the wellsite, so that goods and services are all reviewed at the rig on a regular basis. The daily charge items can then rolled up to form the approved daily charges for efficient invoice generation.

Through SupplierConnect™, SAP users connect to our Supplier Network, integrating a number of different document types to corporate systems, including POs (purchase orders), Service Entry Sheets and invoices.
